Our Cuban Tres. The Cuban Tres descends from an adaptation of traditional Spanish instruments, likely descending from a bandola, a lute (now shaped like a slightly smaller guitar). From the late 1800s and for the last two centuries, the Tres has become a symbol of a music that has spanned Cuba from end to end. This instrument, constructed with multiple layers, offers exceptional dynamics and performances, whether played live in a melodic version or within our styles.
